CHROME EXTENSIONS FOR GRADE R: NUMBERS

Description of finger counting Duckie Deck game:from duckiedeck.com

Learning how to count requires a lot of practice in the beginning, yet it's obviously known that counting on fingers is the easiest way to learn counting....

We are all aware how important Maths is within our daily lives. As well as your child being creative, it is important that they are able to use and develop both parts of their brains, for example, Maths problems. Every parent wants their child to exceed in what they enjoy however when they are at such a young age, it is important that they learn to count while playing games as we all know that small kids learn through playing.

This Counting Game enables learners to learn the art of counting. There is a list of number, from one to ten across the bottom. Two hands are then displayed above, which show numbers through the amount of fingers shown. The child is to count the number of fingers demonstrated and click on what they think is the right answer

  1. great choice of game, learners will learn fast to count if the game is correctly thought to them. and make sure that you pay special attention to each child while they are learning so that they don't make mistakes.

  2. This is an interesting game for teaching the grade R's to count. It is easy, enjoyable and at the same time it teaches. Grade R learners will be very interested in this game though they should pay attention and focus on counting the fingers and clicking on the right answer. The only thing is that the grade R's needs to understand the rules of the game or how the game is played.
